For our regular readers, you already know we love Paris Jackson. And the Daily Mail reports a story that we absolutely love.
She scored a seven-figure paycheck to be the face of Calvin Klein earlier this year.
But now Paris Jackson, 19, is hitting out against beauty standards in her new industry.
The daughter of superstar Michael Jackson is featured on the latest cover of i-D magazine, where she was interviewed via text message. When asked about how she plans on changing the representation of beauty in mainstream media, she said: ‘I’m not symmetrical, I’m not a size zero, I eat hella burgers and endless amounts of pizza.’
‘I can’t fit into a runway sample size of designer clothes, I have scars and stretch marks and acne and I have cellulite. I’m human.’
The proud star hopes to change beauty standards with what she calls her ‘activism,’ which appears to be mostly through Instagram posts promoting positivity.
